Biography
Prior to his admission to the Bar, John worked for property management firms and was involved with managing and developing a diverse real estate portfolio including both commercial and residential properties in New York and New Jersey.
At KCL, John specializes in prosecuting and defending complex commercial litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership disputes, fraud, employment, and shareholder disputes and derivative actions.
Fueled by over a decade of experience in real estate management, John is thoroughly well-versed in real estate-related issues including landlord & tenant matters, commercial and residential leasing, and numerous transactions. John continues to provide counseling to property owners on how to best manage their properties with cost-effective measures to maximize their investment returns.
John's client-centric approach accounts for the circumstances and needs of each client to best determine an effective course of action that attains their goals. John's clients find him to be proactive and thoughtful as he often advises them on risk mitigation and when to take a preventative approach to address a problem before it festers.
